Dos socias han decidido construir un edificio de viviendas. Su arquitecto habitual estaba muy ocupado, y decidieron contratar a otro, que les montó este desastre. No por el diseño en sí, que es muy interesante, si no porque solo puso una escalera para el segundo piso y el edificio tiene 7. También este despistado arquitecto falló al hacer la piscina en la planta baja; debió ser más honda…Pero todo quedó solucionado, porque ya se disculpó. A pedido de sus clientes, el edificio es una mitad de concreto y la otra de estructura metálica roja transparente. Tampoco tiene aun instalaciones de agua y desagüe, pues no se han puesto de acuerdo en el color de las tuberías.
Hasta ahora nadie ha comprado ningún departamento, así que las dueñas han decidido ocupar 4 de ellas. Mientras tanto piensan en alguna estrategia de venta.
