Se encarga de eliminar a esos personajes que por su poder nunca podrán estar tras las rejas, y aquí está tras la pista de una banda de narcotraficantes dirigida por funcionarios del gobierno. Ha hecho una limpieza parcial… aun queda uno por eliminar. .. Su sexto sentido le dice que no ha terminado su trabajo.
